How does coaching and mentorship work?

We offer two types of coaching:

1. Fit for You Coaching
For professionals (or small groups) seeking sustained development. We assess your current state, design a customized roadmap across our 3 pillars (soft skills, digital competency, cross-cultural agility), and hold regular sessions to track progress.

2. Post-Workshop Mentoring
Follows our training workshops for a limited time. Focuses on adopting and applying the new skills learned in the workshop through guided practice and troubleshooting.
